We are pleased to announce that the Joint CUHK-NTEC CREC is launching the HA Clinical Research Ethics Review Portal (“Portal”) on 17 January 2023. The Portal will provide an electronic platform to handle the initial submissions and post-approval activities of clinical research ethics review applications.
