This is to announce that the Joint CUHK-NTEC CREC is implementing a new Charging Arrangement for Scientific Evaluation of Phase 1 Clinical Trials, effective from 01 September 2024.
The new charging arrangement for Scientific Evaluation of Phase 1 Trials was endorsed by the HA REC in June 2024, with the new charge set at HK$20,000 per clinical trial.
All applicants submitting Phase 1 initial applications on or after 01 September 2024 must pay the newly set Fee/Charge, as applicable. Otherwise, the applications may be returned unless the full amount is paid.
