New Charging Arrangement for Company-Sponsored Amendment on 05 January 2021
This is to announce that the Joint CUHK-NTEC CREC will implement the charging arrangement for company-sponsored clinical trial when submitting Protocol Amendment. For signification changes to the Study Protocol that require the Joint CUHK-NTEC CREC to perform another full review, the Joint CUHK-NTEC CREC will charge the sponsor HK$12,000 for such a review according to HA Memo dated 02 June 2009.
- This charging arrangement will be executed from 05 January 2021 onward.
